So, Election Day is tomorrow. I don’t really know what this election is for, it’s for some sort of dude to be in charge of something or other. I’m in the dark about it - I haven’t seen any advertisements, mailers or news items for it at all. No one has called me on the phone to tell me about it, nor have they emailed me. No one has offered me a flyer about it on the street. I’m a bit disappointed. Oh well, maybe I’ll just head down there and see what all the excitement is about.

One other reason I might head down there to check it out is that Ben & Jerry’s is offering free ice cream scoops in honor of this election thing. Wow, must be a pretty important event for them to offer free ice cream! Thank you to Ken from Frozen Food Journal who let me know about the impending ice cream handouts. I believe it is one scoop per customer, and of course you should check whether your local shop is going to participate in the event…
